Management Board

Ms Agnieszka Gujgo, with a higher education in economics, is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, College of Economics and Social Sciences. She has completed numerous training courses in company management and personnel management.

Ms Agnieszka Gujgo has many years of experience in managerial positions related to human resources, finance, internal audit and tourism, successively in PHU Electroland, Investment Friends Electroland Sp. z o.o. and Urlopy.pl S.A. Urlopy.pl Sp. z o.o. Currently, Ms Agnieszka is the President of the Management Board of Damf Inwestycje S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (former name: Fly.pl S.A.) and the Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of Platynowe Inwestycje S.A.

Ms Agnieszka Gujgo has not been validly convicted of fraud, and has not been prohibited from acting as a member of a governing body of a commercial law company. During the past 5 years, Ms Agnieszka Gujgo has not served on the governing bodies of commercial law entities against which bankruptcy proceedings were carried out, where a receivership was established or which were subject to liquidation. Ms Agnieszka Gujgo is not engaged in activities competitive to the Company’s business and is not a member of the governing bodies of any entities conducting activities competitive to the Company’s business. Ms Agnieszka Gujgo is not listed in the register of insolvent debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
