About The Company

The joint-stock company was registered in March 1997 at the District Court, 5th Commercial Division in Sieradz. The founders of the Company were natural persons. The profile of the Company’s activity was production, assembly, sale of window joinery and window accessories. On 28 May 2007 BUDVAR Centrum S.A. made its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

In 2014 there were a number of significant changes in the Company. On 09.06.2014. Ordinary General Meeting adopted resolutions on the matters of changing the registered office and name of the Company to INVESTMENT FRIENDS S.A. with its registered office in Płock. The change of the name and the new registered office of the Company was registered in the National Court Register on 30 July 2014. Since 2014, the development strategy of Investment Friends S.A. has been largely based on taking measures to strengthen its position in the financial investment industry.

On 26.02.2018. the registration of the merger of INVESTMENT FRIENDS S.A. based in Plock with INVESTMENT FRIENDS1 Polska Akciová společnost based in Ostrava took place. As a result of the registration by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw of the merger, the Issuer assumed the legal form of a European Company and operated under the name of INVESTMENT FRIENDS SE with its registered office in Płock at ul. Padlewskiego 18C, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division, under the number KRS 0000720290.

On 30.11.2018. the Register of Commercial Companies (Ariregister) competent for the law of Estonia registered the transfer of the Issuer’s registered office to Estonia. The current registered office of the Company is: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, Estonia.
