The Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that the Commercial Companies Register _Ariregister_ appropriate for Estonian law registered on 27/05/2026 the amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 13/02/2026. As a result of this, the current wording of point 2.1 and point 2.4 of the Company’s Articles of Association is as follows:
“2.1. The minimum amount of share capital of the Company is 5 000 000 _five million_ euros and the maximum amount of share capital is 20 000 000 _twenty million_ euros.”
“2.4 The minimum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 50 000 000 _fifty million_ shares and the maximum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 200 000 000 _two hundred million_ shares.”
Share capital Investment Friends SE is 5 000 000 EUR.
The current number of shares issued by the Issuer is 50 000 000.
The Issuer attached to this report the current wording of the Articles of Association in the Polish, English and Estonian language versions.
