The Management Board of Investment Friends SE headquartered in Tallinn, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, Estonia informs that on 24.08.2021 the Company received from the shareholder of the company Patro Invest OÜ Ariregister code 14381342 and DAMAR PATRO UÜ registry code 14494537 being a shareholder of Investment Friends SE, a notification on indirect increase of contribution in the total number of votes in Investment Friends SE.The notification was submitted pursuant to obligation prescribed in § 185 of the Estonian Securities Market Act.
