The Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that the Commercial Companies Register _Ariregister_ appropriate for Estonian law registered on June 29, 2021, the amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 20/03/21.
As a result of this, the current wording of point 2.1 of the Company’s Articles of Association is as follows:
” The minimum amount of the Company’s share capital is 900 000 _nine hundred thousand_ euros and the maximum amount of the share capital is 3 600 000 _three million six hundred thousand_ euros.”
Share capital Investment Friends SE is 900 000 EUR
The current number of shares issued by the Issuer is 9 000 000.
The Issuer attached to this report the current wording of the Articles of Association in the Polish, English and Estonian language versions.
