Resolution of the Supervisory Board on the appointment of the Management Board for the next term of office

The Management Board of the Issuer, i.e. Investment Friends SE with its registered office in Tallinn _hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”_, hereby informs that on 18/06/2021 as a result of the end of the term of office of the Management Board, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on the new 3-years term of office of Mrs Agnieszka Gujgo commencing on 3/06/2021 and ending on 18/06/2024 establishing that the Management Board will consist of one member of the Management Board.
