The Management Board of Investment Friends SE “Company”, “Issuer” encloses
\nthe content of resolutions adopted on 24.07.2026 by the Extraordinary
\nGeneral Meeting _EGM_. The meeting commenced at 12:00 and ended at
\n12:30. Registration of shareholders commenced at 11:30. INVESTMENT
\nFRIENDS SE _registry code 14617862, address Tornime tn 5, 10145
\nTallinn, Estonia, the “Company”_ has a registered capital of EUR 5 000
\n000, divided into registered shares without nominal value, each share
\nconferring one _1_ vote at the general meeting. The shareholders
\nentitled to attend and vote at the general meeting were determined seven
\n_7_ days before the general meeting, i.e. as at 17 July 2026. The notice
\nconvening the extraordinary general meeting was sent to shareholders on
\n3 July 2026. The initial extraordinary general meeting of shareholders
\nwas convened on 25 June 2026 with the same agenda; however the meeting
\ntherefore lacked a quorum pursuant to \u00a7 297_1_ of the Commercial Code.
\nThis repeat extraordinary general meeting has been convened by the
\nmanagement board in accordance with \u00a7 297_2_ of the Commercial Code
\nwithin three _3_ weeks but not earlier than after seven _7_ days of the
\ninitial meeting. Therefore, the meeting has a quorum. Attached are the
\nMinutes of the General Meeting of Shareholders.<\/p>\n
