The Management Board of Investment Friends SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 31.01.2024 the Commercial Companies Register _Ariregister_ competent for Estonia’s law registered an increase in the share capital of Investment Friends SE resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 11\/01\/2024 .
\nIn connection with the above, the current wording of point 2.1 and 2.4 of the Company’s Articles of Association is as follows:
\n” 2.1.The minimum amount of share capital of the Company is 6 885 000 _six million eight hundred eighty-five thousand_ euros and the maximum amount of share capital is 27 540 000 _twentyseven million five hundred forty thousand_ euros.” ”
\n2.4 The minimum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 68 850 000 _sixty-eight million eight hundred fifty thousand_ shares and the maximum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 275 400 000 _two hundred seventy-five million four hundred thousand_ shares.”<\/p>\n

Currently, the share capital of Investment Friends SE amounts to EUR 6 885 000 and is divided into 68 850 000 stare without par value with a book value of EUR 0,10 each.
\nAttached to this report, the Issuer provides the current wording of the Articles of Association in the Polish, Estonian and English.<\/p>\n
