The Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that the Commercial Companies Register _Ariregister_ appropriate for Estonian law registered on August 29, 2022, the amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 25\/08\/2022.
\nAs a result of this, the current wording of point 2.1 and point 2.4 of the Company’s Articles of Association is as follows:
\n2.1. The minimum amount of share capital of the Company is 400 000 _four hundred thousand_ euros and the maximum amount of share capital is 1 600 000 _one million six hundred thousand_ euros.”
\n“2.4 The minimum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 4 000 000 _four million_ shares and the maximum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 16 000 000 _sixteen million_ shares.”
\nShare capital Investment Friends SE is 405 000 EUR
\nThe current number of shares issued by the Issuer is 4 050 000.
\nThe Issuer attached to this report the current wording of the Articles of Association in the Polish, English and Estonian language versions.<\/p>\n
