The Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on December 15, 2021, the Commercial Companies Register _Ariregister_, competent for Estonia’s law, registered the amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company resulting from resolutions adopted at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on December 3 2021.<\/p>\n

In connection with this, the current wording of points 2.1 and 2.4 of the Company’s Articles of Association is as follows:
\n2.1. The minimum amount of share capital of the Company is 6 000 000 _six million_ euros and the
\nmaximum amount of share capital is 24 000 000 _twenty four million_ euros.
\n2.4. The minimum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 60 000 000 _sixty million_ shares and the maximum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 240 000 000 _twohundred and forty million_ shares.<\/p>\n

Attached to this report, the Issuer provides the current wording of the Articles of Association in the Polish and English language versions.<\/p>\n

Currently, the share capital of INVESTMENT FRIENDS SE amounts to EUR 8 100 000,00 and is divided into 81 000 000 shares without a nominal value with a book value of EUR 0,10 per share.<\/p>\n
