\n2.3.1 Akcje imienne bez warto\u015bci nominalnej akcje serii A. Ka\u017cda akcja serii A daje 1 _jeden_ g\u0142os na walnym zgromadzeniu. Ka\u017cda akcja serii A uprawnia akcjonariusza do otrzymania 100% wyp\u0142aconej dywidendy na akcj\u0119 zgodnie z uchwa\u0142\u0105 walnego zgromadzenia.
\n2.3.2 Akcje imienne bez warto\u015bci nominalnej akcje serii B. Ka\u017cda akcja serii B daje 1 _jeden_ g\u0142os na walnym zgromadzeniu. Ka\u017cda akcja serii B uprawnia akcjonariusza do otrzymania 50% wyp\u0142aconej dywidendy na akcj\u0119 zgodnie z uchwa\u0142\u0105 walnego zgromadzenia.
\n2.3.3 Zar\u00f3wno akcjonariusze akcji serii A, jak i akcji serii B maj\u0105 prawo uczestniczy\u0107 w walnym zgromadzeniu akcjonariuszy Sp\u00f3\u0142ki i g\u0142osowa\u0107 we wszystkich sprawach. Zar\u00f3wno akcjonariusze akcji serii A, jak i akcji serii B uczestnicz\u0105 r\u00f3wnie\u017c na zasadzie r\u00f3wno\u015bci w podziale aktyw\u00f3w pozosta\u0142ych po rozwi\u0105zaniu Sp\u00f3\u0142ki i maj\u0105 r\u00f3wne prawa wynikaj\u0105ce z przepis\u00f3w prawa i Statutu Sp\u00f3\u0142ki.”

The Management Board of Investment Friends SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 28\/07\/2020 the register of commercial companies _Ariregister_ relevant to the law of Estonia registered changes in the Articles of Association of the Company in accordance with Resolution No. 1 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 25\/06\/2020.
\nAs a result of this, the current wording of \u00a7 2.3 of the Company\u2019s Articles of Association is as follows:
\n2.3. The Company has two classes of shares:
\n2.3.1. Registered shares without a nominal value A-shares_. Each A-share shall give 1 _one_ vote at the general meeting. An A-share entitles the shareholder to receive 100% of the dividend per share paid in accordance with the resolution of the general meeting.
\n2.3.2. Registered shares without a nominal value _B-shares_. Each B-share shall give 1 _one_ vote at the general meeting. A B-share entitles the shareholder to receive 50% of the dividend per share paid in accordance with the resolution of the general meeting.
\n2.3.3. Both the A-share and the B-share shareholders have the right to participate in the general meeting of shareholders of the Company and to vote on all issues. Both the A-share and the B-share shareholders also participate pari passu in the distribution of the assets remaining upon the dissolution of the Company and have equal rights provided by law and the articles of association of the Company.
