Dodatkowa kwota po\u017cyczki zosta\u0142a wp\u0142acona na konto sp\u00f3\u0142ki Damar Patro UU w dniu podpisania aneksu tj. dnia 16.06.2020r. W zwi\u0105zku z podpisaniem aneksu w dniu 16.06.2020 roku \u0142\u0105czna kwota wyp\u0142aconej po\u017cyczki dla sp\u00f3\u0142ki Damar Patro UU wynosi 1 720 000,00 euro _jeden milion siedemset dwadzie\u015bcia tysi\u0119cy euro_. Oprocentowanie kwoty po\u017cyczki zosta\u0142o ustalone na poziomie 2,5 % w skali roku. Odsetki p\u0142atne b\u0119d\u0105 wraz ze zwrotem kwoty po\u017cyczki. Sp\u0142ata po\u017cyczki zosta\u0142a zabezpieczona przez po\u017cyczkobiorc\u0119 poprzez wystawienie weksla in blanco wraz deklaracj\u0105 na rzecz Emitenta. Umowa nie zosta\u0142a zawarta z zastrze\u017ceniem warunku lub terminu. Emitent jest uprawniony do \u017c\u0105dania zwrotu ca\u0142ej kwoty po\u017cyczki niezw\u0142ocznie w przypadku z\u0142ego stanu maj\u0105tkowego Po\u017cyczkobiorcy.<\/p>\n
The Management Board of Inevstment Friends SE headquartered in Tallinn, with regard to the current report no. 15\/2020 of 09\/06\/2020 informs that on 16\/06\/2020 the Issuer concluded an Annex to the loan agreement of 09\/06\/2020 with Damar Patro U\u00dc, registry code: 14494537, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornim\u00e4e tn 5, 10145.<\/p>\n
Under provisions of the Annex of 16\/06\/2020 the amount of the loan was increased by EUR 220 000,00 _two hundred twenty thousand euro_. Additional amount of the loan was paid to the bank account of Damar Patro U\u00dc at the date of the annex signing, i.e. 16\/06\/2020. Considering the concluded annex of 16\/06\/2020 the total amount of the loan paid out to Damar Patro U\u00dc is EUR 1 720 000,00 _one million seven hundred twenty thousand euro_. Established interest rate for the loan is 2,5% per year. Interest shall be paid along with repayment of the loan amount. Repayment of the loan was secured by the Borrower by issuance of a blank promissory note and a promissory note declaration for the Issuer. The agreement has no reservations concerning any condition or deadline. The Issuer is entitled to demand repayment of the total amount of the loan immediately in case of unstable financial situation of the Borrower.<\/p>\n
