Emitent wskazuje, \u017ce wszelkie udzielone Sp\u00f3\u0142ce zabezpieczenia z tytu\u0142u zawartej umowy po\u017cyczki z dnia 24.04.2018r. pozostaj\u0105 nadal obowi\u0105zuj\u0105ce.The Management Board of Investment Friends SE headquartered in Tallinn informs that on 27.06.2019 the Company received a notification from Elkop SE headquartered in P\u0142ock informing that on 27.06.2019 Elkop SE concluded with FON Zarz\u0105dzanie Nieruchomo\u015bciami Sp. z o.o. headquartered in P\u0142ock an agreement to take over the debt of FON Zarz\u0105dzanie Nieruchomo\u015bciami Sp. z o.o. headquartered in P\u0142ock in relation to Investmen Friends SE headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia resulting from a loan granted on 24.04.2018 in the amount of PLN 6.957.600,00 whose outstanding debt as at 27.06.2019 total is PLN 6.736.416,63.
\nAt the same time, the Issuer informs that he has not yet agreed to the above-mentioned takeover of debt and as a result of this the liability to the Issuer under the loan agreement of 24.04.2018 is charged jointly and severally by FON Zarz\u0105dzanie Nieruchomo\u015bciami Sp. z o.o. headquartered in P\u0142ock and Elkop SE headquartered in P\u0142ock. The Issuer indicates that all collateral granted to the Company under the loan agreement of 24.04.2018 remain valid.<\/p>\n
