W zwi\u0105zku z powy\u017csz\u0105 uchwa\u0142\u0105 bie\u017c\u0105cy rok obrotowy sp\u00f3\u0142ki obejmuje okres od dnia 1 stycznia 2018 roku do 30 czerwca 2019 roku.<\/p>\n
1. Skr\u00f3cone \u015br\u00f3droczne sprawozdanie finansowe na dzie\u0144 30 listopada 2018 r. oraz za 11 miesi\u0119cy od 1 stycznia 2018r. do 30 listopada 2018 r. zostanie opublikowane 29.04.2019 roku.
\n2. Skr\u00f3cone \u015br\u00f3droczne sprawozdanie finansowe na dzie\u0144 31 marca 2019r. oraz za 4 miesi\u0105ce od 1 grudnia 2018 roku do 31 marca 2019 r. zostanie opublikowane 30.05.2019 roku.
\n3. Annual Report zawieraj\u0105cy dane za okres od 1 stycznia 2018 roku do 30 czerwca 2019 roku _w zwi\u0105zku ze zmian\u0105 roku obrotowego okres wyd\u0142u\u017cony_ zostanie opublikowany dnia 30.10.2019 roku.
\n4. Skr\u00f3cone \u015br\u00f3droczne sprawozdanie finansowe za I kwarta\u0142 nowego roku finansowego Emitenta czyli za okres od 1 lipca 2019 roku do 30 wrze\u015bnia 2019 roku zostanie opublikowany dnia 29.11.2019 roku.<\/p>\n
With regard to current report no 3\/2019 of January 28, 2019 concerning schedule of periodical reports\u2019 publication, the Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS SE informs that publication dates of particular periodical reports are changed.<\/p>\n
The new dates of publication of periodic reports take into account the resolution of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board of 23\/04\/2019 concerning the change of the calendar year for the financial year from 1 July to 30 June.<\/p>\n
Therefore, the current financial year of the Company lasts from 1 January 2018 to 30 June 2019.<\/p>\n
1.Consended interim financial statements as at 31 December 2018 and for 11 months from 1 January 2018 to 30 November 2018 will be published on 29\/04\/2019.
\n2.Consended interim financial statements as at 31 March 2019 and for 4 months from 1 December 2018 to 31 March 2019 will be published on 30\/05\/2019.
\n3.The annual report including data for the period from 1 January 2018 to 30 June 2018 _financial period extended due to change in financial year_ will be published on 30\/10\/2019.
\n4.Consended interim financial statements for I quarter of the new financial year, i.e. for the period from 1 July 2019 to 30 September 2019 will be published on 29\/11\/2019.<\/p>\n
