Prezes Zarz\u0105du PATRO INVEST Sp. z o.o. jednocze\u015bnie pe\u0142ni funkcj\u0119 w Radzie Nadzorczej Emitenta.The Management Board of Inevstment Friends SE, registry code: 14617862, registered address: Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia, informs that on 02.04.2019 the Issuer concluded an Annex to the loan agreement of 26.10.2017 with Patro Invest Sp. z o. o. headquartered in P\u0142ock _KRS no. 0000657016_. The loan agreement was reported by the Issuer in the current report no. 67\/2017 on 26.10.2017. Under the Annex of 02.04.2019 the amount of the loan was increased by PLN 800.000,00 _eight hundred thousand zlotys_. Additional amount of the loan was paid to the bank account of Patro Invest Sp. z o. o. at the date of the annex signing, i.e. 02.04.2019. Therefore, the total amount of the loan that have been paid to Patro Invest Sp. z o. o. is PLN 3.400.000,00 _three million four hundred thousand zlotys_.
\nEstablished interest rate for the loan is 5,2% per year. Interest shall be paid along with repayment of the loan amount. Repayment of the loan is secured by the Borrower who issued a blank promissory note and a promissory note declaration for the Issuer. The agreement has no reservations concerning any conditions or deadlines. The Issuer is entitled to demand repayment of the total amount of the loan in case of unstable financial situation of the Borrower.
\nThe Issuer informs also, that there are personal and capital links between the Issuer and Patro Invest Sp. z o. o. The Chariman of the Management Board of Patro Invest Sp. z o. o. is also a member of the Issuer\u2019s Supervisory Board.<\/p>\n
