\nNiniejsza umowa zosta\u0142a zawarta pod warunkiem zawieszaj\u0105cym dokonania przez Cesjonariusza na rzecz Cedenta, ca\u0142o\u015bci p\u0142atno\u015bci ceny nie p\u00f3\u017aniej ni\u017c do dnia 31 lipca 2019 roku.The Management Board of Investment Friends SE _hereinafter “Assignor”_, registry code: 14617862, headquartered at Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia informs that on April 1, 2019 the Issuer concluded with a natural person _hereinafter “Assignee”_ a preliminary assignment agreement whose object is a transfer of the debts package that consists of the loan granted on 7 November 2014 to TOP MARKA S.A. headquartered in Pozna\u0144, along with owned securities. Giving aforementioned loan to TOP MARKA S.A. was reported by the Issuer in the current report no 141\/2014. Deadline for repayment of the loan of 7 November 2014 expired on 31 March 2016.
\nTotal nominal value of the debts _principal + interest_ is PLN 1.343.288,55 _one million three hundred forty-three thousand two hundred eighty-eight zlotys 55\/100_, while the sales price was PLN 379.000,00 _three hundred seventy-nine thousand zlotys_.
\nThis agreement was concluded under a condition precedent that the Assignee makes the full payment of the sales price for the Assignor until 31 July 2019 at latest.<\/p>\n
